2022 was the 7th worst year for the S&P 500 in the past 100 years & nothing marks the start of a new year like tried and failed new year’s resolutions.


We all got smoked in 2022. Whether you owned a house, stocks, crypto, or even boring old bonds – this year was one of those tax-loss-selling years.

But bear markets can mint A LOT of millionaires. If you are able to dollar-cost average into the market every month, making timing much more agnostic, the math gods are in your favour to deploy capital now.

Tesla and Amazon were one of the biggest losers in 2022.

That’s right… it’s Bitcoin’s 14th birthday. 14 years ago , on January 3, 2009, at 2:15 pm EST. first Genesis Block has been mined.

14 Years passed and BTC became:

  • A legal tender in multiple countries like El Salvador and the Central African Republic. With more countries on the way…
  • The largest cryptocurrency with a ~$320b market cap

BTC is here to stay & for the critics note that total supply held by long term holders are increasing nevertheless the crypto winter.

Sam Bankman-Fried Trial

Sam Bankman-Fried, the famous founder and former CEO of FTX, appeared in court on Tuesday to enter a plea as NOT GUILTY in the Federal trial against him.

SBF is charged with eight federal crimes including wire fraud, conspiracy, and a campaign finance violation. If convicted on all charges, Bankman-Fried faces up to 115 years in prison. 

The trial begins.
